Environment conservation is important to us and is integral to our design philosophy

With global warming becoming a matter of increasing concern, Louverline Blinds doesn’t wish to lag behind in doing its bit for the environment. Louverline is an active member of IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) and is committed to providing Shading Solutions to help contribute toward LEED points based on a building’s sustainable design that reduces or eliminates the negative impact it may have on the environment and its occupants.

LEED certifies projects, not products

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a third party certification achieved by projects, buildings on operation of Green Buildings. Green Building, is the practice of designing, constructing and operating high performance buildings, that utilizes fewer resources, reduces waste and negative ecological effects to maximize wellbeing and health on the planet.

LEED Certified Window Blinds and Sun protection products

At Louverline, we place a great emphasis on green principles, design, materials and practices. We believe in preserving the sanctity of air, water and earth.

Louverline has a vast variety of green fabrics from world renowned fabric manufacturers. These roller blinds fabrics are Re-cycleable, energy efficient and are GREENGUARD Certified. These fabrics are used to control solar heat gain, reduces glare and enhances nature views through the windows, to help in reduction of energy usage. GREENGUARD is a recognized certification by LEED and is a part of requirement in gaining the LEED certification.
